hello, can any one help in resolving this.. In my site i want to remove that "all right reserved" defalut text, how can i do that.. please make it simple coz i am newbie to joomla

Not an expert, but if you can get at the files mentioned here, you'll be fine: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-faqs/copyright-removal Just do a ctrl+f to find the phrase you want removed from your template.
