My Yahoo Login Disabled

Hi Abers,

Have tried for the last few days to get into my yahoo email page.
Havent changed the password and it keeps saying that is has been disabled!!!!
What the heck have i done wrong or has it been hacked.

I've been told that you have to have the l/top sent away to have it all cleaned because of a virus maybe --- help

I went through all this yesterday, having received an email from yahoo to say that my account had been moved and was now a sub account of Mr Tillys. Blooming cheek.
I too rang them and was given a new password with which to sign in.

Give them a ring, when you have a hour to spare.

Pusskin...if I tried to tell you what I had to do to get it back I think the blind may be leading the blind....I had to text Dave and be talked through...then share the valium.....I'll nudge him to see if he has any ideas.....x

Every time I look at the login page, there are 4 black blobs that look as if I have tried to tap in the first 4 digits, and i havent even touched the screen.

In 10 years , this has never happened before, but trust my luck to get stuck.

I think you'll have to ring them - the only number I can find is 0800 111 4567 - it may be that or the number that Tilly has given earlier.

Till, havent been able to open emails for at least 2/ 3 weeks now, but have been away on holiday and havent been on p.c untill the last couple of days.

My laptop was fine when i put it in the car to hopefully pick up wifi while away. and seeing as the weather was so good decided not to get 2 weeks paid for internet. Luckily i didnt as i couldnt have opened emails anyway due to this problem that has suddenly occured.
