Email sending problem

I am trying to send an email to Italy, the company is on holiday till the end of August. I have had a message come back to me saying that the message could not be delivered with a message underneath their emaila address saying..... User is over quota......any ideas what this could mean?

There is nothing you can do about this. This is purely a problem at the other end where the person you are emailing works.

Basically, he/she has been allocated a certain amount of space on the email server to store emails... and they have exceeded it. Thier system addministrator has obviously set it to reject all further emails until that user clears out some of their emails to make more space.

Not a best practice by their system administrator, as you can see your email is bouncing back. Your best bet will be to try and email them again latter when the company is open again and the users email box has been cleared a little.
