Help - I have been using the above program for years and find myself having a very senior moment. I just cannot remember how to show the formulae on the spreadsheet. Can anyone put me out of my misery

Tools > formula auditing > formula auditing mode.

when you print (or print preview) the cells will contain the formula rather than the result of calculating the formula. Is this what you want?

If you just click on any calculated cell the formula should appear at the top

i think control + accent key (left key to 1) is a short cut
