What Is Timeout On Android?

I have a spanish phablet, leotec Pulsar and in the notification bar there appears a couple of timy circles which is timeout, what on earth does this mean, I have googled and read (in Spanish) the instruction manual but absolutely no clue. Thanks if anyone can help!

My blood seems to pulsing through my veins at a rate of knots but it's still a mystery.I had two nurses and the doctor gazing at my leg and not one of them seem know what it is so they're going to refer me to the hospital. Fed up,fed up. Back on Monday for another dressing....sigh.
On the local news last night they were saying that the climate in Norfolk is as dry as Israel so why is it always raining when I have to go to the doctors ?
I have to go for these sort of things Jno ,every six months. They chuck it all in with my thryroid check.It's like a one stop shop.

Morning all. I did check in at 6.30 whilst I was in the blood test queue in the freezing cold but it wouldn't post. Felt so ill and sweating so kept taking coat off, was number 6 in the queue. Must have looked bad as the nurse asked if I was dizzy I just said I'd started a cold. Yes I get tested for everything. I only live 5 mins from clinic but I could hardly make it home. My hips were screaming and I was so cold so had a cuppa and wrapped up in a quilt for half an hour then had to trot to village to put money in hija's account for her flight and pick up a parcel from p.o. ( it's a red elf that my friends sent as they all have them and I have to take photos of him in strange places) st and had a coffee and croissant, then tattered home, it really is cold, so glad to jump into bed. No housework Nada zilch. Have had cramp 3 times in leg, it's driving me crazy. Am just staying put and *** the world. Hope,it doesn't last long as haberdashery a CAT scan for nose and an arm x-ray on Tuesday!

Neither my mobile my tablet or my laptop has a clue what they should be doing.
Got up for an hour and had a boiled egg which was nice. Then i spoiled it by having a banana. Now feel sick, and still cold and back in bed with another duvet on top

We've also had a very dry winter which worries me cos if the wells get too empty the seawater rushes in and then that's it.

It sounds like you are all getting your money’s worth out of the mexicos. Jno could it be someone with the same name as you? That shouldn’t happen but it does. We went out shopping to m and s today to avoid the bottles. I had a really good curry for one for dinner. Chicken curry, rice, channa dhal roasted peppers and onion and a little pot of bombay mix. It was very nice and on half price....pity they don’t freeze. Weather hell is going to break loose tomorrow and again on monday. I really think we’ve had enough now.

Just had a rather woozy email from sis, who had a knee replacement yesterday and is still under the influence of morphine. Sounds as if it went okay, though.

Good morning, am still in bed, feel a bit better but dizzy when I'm stand up so, am staying in bed.
I wanted to nip to phone shop to get my beloved samsung restored , I hope it is just the battery needs replacing , but luckily I do have another back up phone which is new but unused so am getting to grips with it.

The screaming hips and feverishness remind me of how I felt before they said mine were high.
