Good morning...it isn't....grrrrrrrrrrr!!
I've been with BT (broadband and calls) for years with no problem. I renewed my contract on Jan 2nd, 11am-ish (I always keep notes of when I've called people like that). We agreed the price and a new home hub which they sent. All was well.... until the bill appeared online. They'd charged too much. I rang on 16th Jan, finally got it into her head, she went off and sorted it. Hallelujah.
New bill today....still charging too much...aggghhh. I've just taken 40 mins to get through and then repeat myself over and over, I was getting more and more annoyed, lol. Now I've got to wait a week for them to look into it and give me a call back.
Sorry for the rant. :) Hope everyone else's Monday is better than mine.
Woofy that's been me this past couple of weeks. My feet die at 7pm but the hot flushes have been awful.
