I reported problem on Friday and their help site shows matter in hand but no likely date for return to normal.
Meanwhile I am having to use mobile at the usual high cost.
How do I contact TalkTalk - online preferably?

Is there any kind of app?
Had a similar problem with my BT landline recently but was able to use my 7 pm-7 am free minutes via a BT app on the iphone. Could save you a packet if there is such an app.

Lots of noise on landline which went dead on Thursday.
Internet still working - but no phone or my Careline .
Have just managed to phone talktalk on mobile - said my piece! and they promise to ring me soon,
incoming calls diverted to my mobile - useful but not the answer.

We had no Talktalk internet here for about a week, turned out to be a fault between the green box at the end of the road and the exchange ! Sorted now but what would ABers expect in terms of compensation?
