I am in a bit of a state - we are away from home for two weeks and the last time I went to check my emails I was told by Sky that there was a problem with my account and to call a number. However, there is no answer to this number. I logged on to the Sky web page and tried again, but still could not get through
I think I may have inadvertantly entered the wrong password, as I can remember changing it a few weeks ago. However, my little book with my passwords is at home !! I went on to the Sky site again and pressed "forgotten password" and they asked me to enter my last name and memorable date - but they said they did not recognise either
Any help would be greatly appreciated - I am getting desperate !!
Can only suggest you contact Sky by whatever possible means. What does their website show ? Even then you'd need to prove who you were, thus the memorable date, as they have a duty not to allow access to anyone but the owner. Sorry but no other ideas.
