BeIN Sports isn't transmitted on the Astra and Eutelsat satellites at 28 degrees east, that your Sky dish points at. It's only on Eutelsat 25B at 25.5 degrees east, Nilesat at 25 degrees west and Arabsat at 26 degrees east.
The footprints of those first two satellites don't come anywhere near to the UK but it's theoretically possible to receive signals from the Arabsat transmissions if you install a larger satellite dish (which might well require planning permission) and point it at 26 degrees east.
However that's only half the battle because the transmissions are encrypted, so you'd need a subscription to BeIN's services. BeIN Sports don't have the UK broadcasting rights, so you need to get someone in North Africa (for example) to subscribe on your behalf (which would then leave you open to legal action from Sky Sports for illegally receiving content which you shouldn't get in the UK without subscribing to Sky Sports).
