There are 2 answers to the first part of your question. If you save e-mail addresses on your computer, simply copy the folder where you keep them onto your new computer. If you mean addresses on your safe/contacts list, this is on your providers (ie Hotmail, Yahoo etc) system, and the list will still be there when you next log in.
As far as saved e-mails are concerned the answer is remarkably similar to what I've just typed. Put all your saved emails into 1 folder, and then copy the "saved e-mails" folder to your new computer. If you are doing the transfer using disc or memory stick, and the amount of e-mails exceeds the capacity simply group the emails together in folders that will fit.
Remember that you will have to install your ISP connection software onto your new machine. Once that's done you should be fine.
Hope this helps.
