Problem With Printing Correct Photo Size!

I have printed loads of my photos stored on my laptop without problems but one is eluding me!

It is of grandson and partner and I don't know now if it was sent in a different format (I did not take it on my camera)

Although their heads are showing fully in the photo on my screen whichever way I print it (landscape or portrait) and whatever size paper I chose, it always prints with the heads cut of at the top!

What am I doing wrong?

Go to print preview and select 'fit to page' and you ought to get all of the image no matter what:)

Thanks so much. It had a tick in 'fit to frame' - I unticked it and low and behold it is now ok
