i don't know what to go to college for,I don't want to be in a 4 year school, I really don't want to go to college at all, there's nothing that really interest me, I was thinking about going to college to be a pastry chef and open a small bakery or from home but i don't know if that would be a wise idea and I want to eventually move out of the USA, I wanted a traveling job but too much competition. I live a in small town in indiana, Only schools around are Purdue and I.U.I can't go to them they won't even call me back i been out of school since 2005, I was thinking about being a truck driver, But I would always be on the road.I love art and design but i scared if i went to college for anything that involve, there would be way to much competition and i would never get any work. I hate math and i don't like doing it unless i don't have another choice, I was thinking about being a nurse but my boyfriend's mom is a nurse and she told me about the long nights and working non stop and sometimes even weekends, I was thinking about something awhile back about being an I.T or web design and working with computers i like technology, But as before the same about competition and never getting any work.

You seem determined to talk yourself out of anything you might find interesting - you can't have everything, only you can decide which route to take, weighing up the pros and cons (and there will always be cons).
This is mainly a UK site and not knowing the setup for education/employment in the US makes it difficult to answer you more sensibly - sorry.

All this aversion to competition, I think you need more experience of it so it's no longer such a big deal for you. Avoid that too much and you'll end up avoiding life. No one is there to hand you stuff on a plate, everyone needs to go out and get what they want. And accepting one isn't going to win a coconut every time, shrug off the losses and on to the new challenge, is part of life's deal.
Ultimately only you can list what appeals to you from what not, and then choose one to go for, but I hope you get loads of branstorming suggestions to start you off.

No one says you have to do maths. Whatever you do, once you have a marketable skill you can move it out of the USA. You are being defeatist at the moment, too much is whizzing around your mind. You need to sit down, list your ideas, look at the list and remove all but 2. Then look hard at those 2 and investigate them further - then choose.
My main advice would be to find something you really like doing and go for it, not thinking too far ahead or about competition. Other avenues will present themselves once you have made a start. There is competition in everything, but if you like what you are doing you will work at it and be able to compete.
