Why Am I Not Able To Connect Mobile To Wifi Of My Router?

I am not able to connect mobile to wifi of my router and so I am not able to access internet on my mobile. I have tried to reset the router and wifi of mobile but it doesn't work on any mobile. Please help.

Do you see a symbol on your phone indicating that you're connected wirelessly??
What kind of message do you get, when you try to connect to the internet on your phone??

There is problem in the router, when I try to connect mobile it is showing there are no wifi networks despite the wifi is turned on on the router and the wifi light too comes.

unplug the router from all of its cables leave for 10mins then reconnect ,doing this can solve most router problems

if not working in the address bar but 192.168.1.254 this should give you access to the routers set up.check the wireless connectivity

Ah well that answers my second question.

Do you connect your computer wirelessly ? If other wireless objects also fail to see a network then you are correct, the problem must be with the router. Maybe time for a new router ?

However if other objects do see the wireless then the issue must be with your mobile. I can only suggest treble checking all the settings and ensuring the mobile wifi is on. Otherwise maybe it's the mobile handset that needs the fix/replacement. Have to say if it is seeing NO wifi networks that does make the mobile handset look suspicious.

Can you connect to the router using another device, such as your laptop, or maybe another mobile phone ??

I cannot connect with other devices too. Is there a way to this other than a new router?

If you can't connect anything via your router and you've tried resetting it, then it sound like your router may have had it :(
Can you connect to the internet using a cable - maybe the problem lies with the internet service itself; rather than with the router ??
