You might also want to consider this. If you start Adobe Reader and click on help in the toolbar at the top you will see check for updates now. Click that and have a look at the updates offered. One of them is for "Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition".
If that dosen't provide what you need you might like to look at the link below. It is a collection of graphics tools all of which are freeware. Most have a user rating and you might find what you want.
