/// Ed Miliband today blamed 'powerful forces' in Britain for his leadership crisis, insisting his falling popularity was the result of taking on big
business. ///

Hang on a minute could these "POWERFUL FORCES" be the same ones that the Queen warned Paul Burrell about?

/// It was during the same meeting with the Queen that she allegedly warned Burrell to be careful of "POWERFUL" FORCES" operating in Britain. ///

Is it The Illuminati they're talking about here?

That Daily Mail url is strange. The words in it do not seem to fit the story beneath. Dark forces indeed.
Yes, it's David Icke and his gang.
I must admit I read about Miliband's speech earlier and it sounded bonkers.
The powerful forces are his own demons. Ed's problems are self made, terrible conference performances, no gravitas, missing clear own goals, falling into traps, failing to give the Tories a kicking when the chances came and there have been many, alienated Scotland more than even the Tories, too allied with socialist unions.....etc I'm sure he's very nicve chap but he just isn't a leader. Should have left it to big bro.
// alienated Scotland more than even the Tories //

Even if the most dire predictions for Labour in Scotland come true, they are likely to have 10 more MPs than the Tories.

Missing own goals .. Eh?
3T is right, sadly. Ed is surely the most incompetent and undesirable leader that Labour has had for generations.
I don't know about dark forces in this affair but the labour Party has always had most of the press against it and is continually swimming against the current to get its message across,

When I use the phrase Dark Forces, I mean the secret campaign in Britain, coming from the highest level in our society, that has prevented the guilty from being properly investigated for child abuse, mostly of small boys.
foreign media moguls perhaps?
With long memories who won't easily forget that custard pie. Revenge, they'll be thinking is a dish best eaten cold.
hang on mikey, you cannot surely be relating Labours political failures with the whole gamut of child abuse cases. The authorities are just swamped by the sheer scale, they'll get round to the guilty in the end.
// Ed Miliband today blamed 'powerful forces' in Britain for his leadership crisis, insisting his falling popularity was the result of taking on big

His falling popularity is the result of people not liking him very much. It's that simple.

This 'powerful forces' thing is nonsense. It didn't mean anything when the queen said it, and it doesn't mean anything now.
The most malevolent "powerful force" in this country is surely Unison.

It owns Ed Milliband, appointing him in place of his competent brother
The Lizard people that David Icke predicted.

Small boys eh Mikey? You are obviously playing on the Left's safe ground, without actually pointing the finger, what about the vast abduction and grooming of young girls that have and still are taking place?

But no, that would be pointing the finger in a non left way wouldn't it?
