A Printing Question

I use windows 8 and word 2010 and an Epson stylus BX500f printer. I want to print two pages side by side as it would appear in a book. I set up 2 pages per sheet and this is what is printed. But the two pages do not fill the whole sheet. I have juggled with paper and page sizes but nothing works. The print preview is no help as this shows what I want not what I get. Any help welcomed.

I've given up trying to get Microsoft Word to print exactly as I might want it to. My solution is simply to open my Word document in OpenOffice Writer and print it from there (which then gives me exactly what I should get):
