Nope, its fairly clear with just a few clouds.

Oh, wrong kind of Sky, My phone lines are just fine but broadband is a little slow.

Take out the main plug from the wall socket for about 10mins and retry, that should sort it.

At times we have trouble with the same issue Fuggy, simple solution AT TIMES ( Take out the plug ) It normally sorts it out.
