And possibly say what the old and new phones are.
Or use something radical like a pen and paper maybe.
Lol postdog, //Or use something radical like a pen and paper maybe.//

That would very clever, perhaps you would like to explain the process of transferring photos using your method? :-)
Personally I would just save everything on to your SD card and then put SD card in new phone.

As you don't mention what phones we are talking about that is about as useful as we can be.
You can get PC programmes that you can use IF you can connect your phones to your PC.

Otherwise, as Ratter suggests you can copy all from the old handset to the SIM card, transfer the SIM, then copy from the SIM to the new handset. It can be a bit of a pain if you have stored more info on the handset that there is room on the SIM for. You might get involved in copying bits at a time and the deleting and copying the next bit.

These days I'd not be surprised if there was a "cloud" solution somewhere, if you want to risk the world and their dog getting to your personal data.
OG, I suggested SD card, not sim.
Oh right. Well you are assuming I'm capable of reading ;-)
I use a programme called Motorola Migrate .. you get it from the Play Store for free.
You down load it to your old phone first (providing it's a smart phone).
Then you do the same to your new phone ... takes a few seconds.
When you activate it a bar code scanner appears on the old phone and all you do is point it at the new phone and you get a bleep .. and that's it.
The old phone recognizes the new phone and within a few minutes every text, photo and all your numbers are transferred.
Combination or SD card and Bluetooth?

alavahalf's suggestion is also a tried and tested one - works a treat.
Have moved this to Technology :-)
