hi can someone tell me how i reboot my computer in safe mode thanx

reset your computer, and then as it's booting up (the first 10 seconds probably), there will be some message saying press F8 for setup or DEL for other options or something like that.

Not all computers do exactly the same thing, so hard to say concisely. But it used to be F8 when it says "starting windows" in text on the black and white screen. you can then choose the safe mode option.
