Connecting Tablet To Sky Box

i have 2 sky+ boxes and use the sky+ app but my tablet will only pick up one of them ,does anyone know why this is and how to fix it thanks for any help

Is the other box connected to the internet? Can the app see the box? I think they can only connect to one at a time.

You can only control one at a time.

Its anoying - you think you have sent a remote record to box 2 and it goes to box one.

The secret is to change which box you want to send remote records and downloads to, and then connect to that box before sending!
