I installed this software last year. Came to use it again now and the disk will not run at all. Took it back to the shop for a replacement today, the new disk will not work either! Does anyone know any reason why a particular piece of software (as opposed to just a faulty disk) will not run on a computer. The software is current and the computer is one year old Dell. Many thanks.

possible virus, cd autorun settings maybe, can you browse the cd? can other cd's run?

The CD won't run at all on this computer, message asking me to "Insert disk". It works on my old computer but I would like access to more of the artwork on the new computer and the better printer. Other disks run on the new computer fine.
