Transferring mobile phone book

Is there a way using Bluetooth I can transfer the phonebook of my mobile to my computer as backup should I lose my phone?

There is a way using Bluetooth, but you also need to use the phone's software.

most bluetooth phones either have a cd in the box or a download on the makers website. just install the s/w and use with a bluetooth conx on your pc/laptop and you will either be able to synchronise with microsoft outlook/lotus notes or similar, or some maufacturers allow you to take an 'imprint' which is 1 file that contains all your phone info so you can kinda paste it back onto another similar phone if you lose your phone
