Annoying Phone

Help, someone help me before I throw my phone out the window!

I know this is in the wrong section but I am more likely to get a quick response on CB.

I have an Alcatel Onetouch Pop S3 mobile phone and can't for the life of me figure out how to reset the music player to default. Usually I get a screen that comes up every time I click on a music file, movie/video film or PDF. The box that comes up says "Complete action using" and then underneath it lists a variety of programs "photos and video player" (for example if I try and open a video) and underneath that there is the option to click (press) on "Always" or "Just once". Now in the past I've always pressed "Just once" so every time I go to open a file it prompts me. Unfortunately I accidentally just clicked "Always" and now I can't open or look (scroll through or play) any of my music on any other player.

Someone please help me.

Methyl: You're a dab hand with technology etc. Do you have any ideas? I'm hoping Chris pops his head through the AB door (in a non physical sense so to speak!) Non physical? what's the word for that - *puts another hamster on the wheel that is currently going very very slowly.

The word for non-physical in this case is metaphorical. But can't help with the phone I'm afraid ;)
