Problems With Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini

I’ve had this phone a couple of months and I’m really disappointed with it. The screen often freezes, cured only by switching the phone off and on again, and I’m regularly told there’s no service, or that messaging isn’t working and that results in me being unable to send messages or even to look at old messages I’ve sent and received. The whole messaging thing locks. I’ve never had these difficulties with any other phone. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with this particular model or do I just have a duff phone?

what firmware is it on? There is latest firmwares 4.4.2 released.updating may sort it.or you can do a full phone reset.just google how.i have samsung mini for 12 months had no probs at all and i love it

I have this phone - had it for a few months now and it works fine. You may just have a lemon there Naomi.

Yep, as lardy say's I think you have a Lemon, naomi. I also have the same phone and have had no problems ( yet ).

I've had the same phone for nearly two years - not a problem. It is packed with Apps, photo's and music... and works as good as it did on the first day!
I've heard that restoring to factory settings can resolve a lot of issues, have you tried that?
