Most Used Kitchen Gadget

Following on from Dave50's thread about a spirilizer, What gadgets do you use the most ? I've had coffee makers, ice cream makers, doughnut makers, bread makers and quite a few others ive forgotten about.

However, i use the slow cooker several times a year but the most used gadget is the paninni press. It's probably used several times a week by my daughter...her current fad is croissants filled with ham and cheese and toasted.

By me my Bamix stick blender, Mr Cake uses his Francis Francis espresso machine whenever he is home.

I can't think that I use any kitchen 'gadget' (unless you count things like a microwave oven or a slow cooker) with, of course, just one very important exception:

Mini-chopper for ginger, garlic etc blending with chillies and spices, followed by stick blender for soups and then hand beaters for meringues etc.
