I'm using a laptop and I've just accessed the website using Chrome and Firefox. When I use IE the website comes up but in a strange state. Google Firefox and download and install it - you can copy all your bookmarks from IE at install time. It's generally acknowledged to be a better, safer browser than IE anyway.

Clear your history and cookies on whatever device you're using (always best to say if you want an accurate and detailed answer) and try again.
I had this problem a while ago with a web-page I'd been using for ages. I'm assuming you're accessing the page via a bookmark; try typing in the URL manually - it worked for me.
If it does work, contact your ISP; they will be able to sort it out permanently.

Thanks for your help, I tried both of your suggestions but still not working.
OK, what device are you using? laptop? desktop?, smartphone?
What browser are you using? and have you tried a different one?
What is the website you are trying to access?

Weird. I trust the laptop gets to other web pages ok ?

Not your AV mistrusting the site is it ?
Not set as blocked in your hosts file is it ?
I think that was the first time I've used IE on this laptop (several years old), so there could be something wrong with my setup/version no etc.
I have had occasions in the past when I've had to switch browsers to use certain websites, so I think it's worth trying Firefox.
