Windows Live Mail Folders Disappeared

I had two folders one named Shopping & the other Computer.

This morning when I went to check my emails I saw that both folders
had vanished. As I had quite a lot of stuff stored in each folder is
there any way I can retrieve & reinstate them?

Any help gratefully received but I am not very tech minded.

I doubt very much that you have lost e/mail folders but for some reason they have been hidden from view. Click the following link for recovery instructions.:-
