Mobiles On Ee

Have any of you on ee been having trouble with the sound quality. Things like when you make a call, the ring tone sounds like it's under water and during the call only getting half words like some comedians do by switching off their mikes? This started a couple of weeks ago and it's not a problem with signal strength, both our phones started getting this trouble at the same time and both are iPhones 4s

I'm on Ee and have a bog-standard phone. No problems here.

How many signal strength dots are showing? A quick fix can be switching to airplane mode for a few seconds, then switching back to force the phone to reconnect to the network.

In all areas ? Sounds like a local network problem to me. Perhaps you could report it ?
