I Can Not Get Into My Skype Account

I have not been on it for about a month, maybe that is the problem. I only use it to speak to a relative in OZ. I have tried all info I have and entered codes they have given me all to no avail. It is Microsoft,any ideas please ?

Check the version you are using.

I can't use it anymore on my mac as they have stopped the version I was using, and my mac can't take a newer version.

Are you on a mac or pc?

What version of the operating system?

What version of Skype?

Do you have a tablet or smart phone - if so get Skype for it. Then if you can get into it that way, its definately your computer or version of skype.

Once you have this info, Google the version of Skype and see if it has been retired - then you can find out what version you need for your computer.
