This morning I spilt coffee over my phone and since then it has not worked properly. Earlier it was showing a red battery sign and now it is on as I can hear texts and e mails arriving but I have no screen and therefore am unable to see anything? Any suggestions /help please.

Take the battery out and put the phone in to a bowl of dry rice. Leave for at least 48 hours.

Hi thanks, but on this phone the battery is in a "sealed unit" and is not removable..

Put the whole thing in a bowl of dry rice. Make sure it is turned off first :)

I put mine in the airing cupboard after dropping it in a cup of tea. That worked too. (both times)

This happened to one of my phone but the brand was Sony Ericsson. I sorted out by replacing the display screen as it got short circuit.
