Network Problem

I have two computers, each with static IP addresses connected to a router (which has its own IP static address).

I can connect to the internet from either of the computers, but I cannot connect them together. Both have web services running (Apache) I can connect to either website from outside the network, but not from inside the network.

Help?

I just answered a problem very similar to this a few minutes ago. You need to select the files you want to share on the network by right clicking on the file and selecting sharing and security, select the sharing tab and check the box for share this folder on the network.
