We're going to need some more information here:
How are you viewing your emails? Is it by using an email client (such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail) or using webmail (and viewing them in your browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome?).
How are you instructing your printer to print your emails? Are you simply clicking on the headers and then accessing a 'Print' instruction somehow or are you actually opening the emails and then going via File > Print (or Ctrl P) or something else?
The above, of course, assumes that you're using a Windows PC or laptop. If you're actually using an Android device (such as a phone or tablet) or something else, we'll need to know that as well.

Does the word 'Yahoo' show on the page when you're viewing your emails? If NOT, you might now be using BT Mail and you should be clicking on the printer icon:

If you're using BT Yahoo Mail then the usual print commands (to print the whole of the web page) should work. What actually happens when you press Ctrl and P together? Do you get a dialogue box appearing (inviting you to accept or change your printer settings)? If so, have you checked that the correct printer is shown there? (Yes, I know that you've only got one printer but it's possible for an old, now disused printer, to be shown there or, alternatively, something like 'Microsoft XPS Document Writer' could be shown. An incorrect printer setting could account for your problem).
