When I am compiling an email and I start by typing in the name of the recipient, Windows 8 pre-empts me by infilling the name of the person. Some of these people are just one off recipients that I will never need to contact again. How do I delete them from the app`s memory?

Thanks for the video Chris. That doesn`t work with me because I don`t get "see details" when I click on the contact as is shown there.
