Samsung S4, Memory Full . Advise Please

samsung s4 cannot update apps etc , cannot take videos or photos. it says my device memory full and to free up some space. thing is i have no more apps than the average person and very few videos or photos on my phone and no music .

i went through in appps manager and deleted the cache on lots of running apps but the updat messages are still coming through and i cant update due to no memory.

what could it be ?

my apps include - facebook - viber - whatsaap - shazam - google chrome - gmail -kindle - line messenger - fb messenger. i know people who have loads more than this.

should i buy an internal 32gb memory card from ebay ?

I have a Samsung "smart" phone and it hardly lets me put much on the card. Seems to want internal memory only for app code and suchlike. Just data and videos etc. is allowed on the card. Maybe if I rooted the phone, but it's still in warranty. Be aware adding a memory card *might* not solve the issue. I was gobsmacked when they said that although I'd bought a card, Samsung or Google Android OS or something was stopping me using it properly. Control freaks the lot of them.

i have an iphone 4 16gb with tonnes and tonnes of apps and music including itube videos and pics etc and memory is fine.

i will never buy another samsung s4 .....battery is rubbish too.
