Lost Task Bar Icon.

We have lost the said icon that connects us to Maibox etc. Latter works OK as does the Int Exp icon. In mistake the icon was unpinned Please tell me how to retrieve it. We have Windows 8 and Sky / Ask as internet provider.

I assume that you're referring to a missing tile (rather than a conventional icon) on the Windows 8 start screen. If so, you can add a tile for any program on your computer (irrespective of whether or not it's one that was previously there and has gone missing) by following the simple instructions here:
