Btinternet Email

Is anyone having problems with btinternet.com email? Haven't had any emails for about a week - had about half a dozen 'regulars' daily prior to that.
Just before my emails stopped I fell foul of the Dropbox email scam and a lot of my friends have asked me if I’ve sent them something via Dropbox. I don’t now if this would stop emails coming to me.
Yesterday I asked all my friends on FB to email me to test it and only one email came through – and that went directly into Trash.
Help!
