Sky + Planner

I want to rebuild the planner on my Sky + box. The instructions say "press Services and then Settings" but I can't find Settings. A few weeks ago I phoned Sky and they talked me through it so I must have been able to find it then. It's not HD. Anyone help? Thanks.

After pressing Services in the top left hand of the screen you will see Options in yellow next to SKY. Move to the next box which is Settings...

And once in Settings you need to press 001 select to get to the menu that includes Planner Rebuild.

Thanks for your answers, however there are no Options. Perhaps that is only in HD or maybe a more up to date Sky + box. I may have to contact Sky again. Thanks anyway.
