Caravan Owner Not Responding

I have booked a caravan for Mon 7 July and paid in full
I texted to ask about keys yesterday at 7pm and as yet had no response
I have copies of my text and details of bank payments, and I intent to contact the owners again at lunchtime then the website I found the owners through at 2pm if I don't hear from them.
Does this seem like a reasonably course of action?
I'm a little worried we might need to book another if I don't get any response

Too soon to worry. If that's their job they are probably off line at 7pm and they probably wouldn't log on until about 9am.

7pm to 7am is not very long. Can you not call rather than text?

Ric....this could just be that the people are a little busy at the moment....I wouldn't start panicking yet !

Is this a private owner, that has a 'van on a site ? It could be that the site owners can help. I sometimes lend my 'van out to friends, and the site owners have a spare set of keys, which friends can collect from.

Try the site owners today and have a word with them.

It's on a haven site mikey but I saw this caravan through another site
I'm probably just fretting over nothing but I don't want to let anyone down

I stayed at a Haven site and picked the keys up from the site office.

If its a Haven site, I really wouldn't have thought you have any problem at all.......Haven wouldn't allow any nonsense, as it would reflect back on them.

Why not call at 0900 and again at 0930 if still no response. Offices are not usually open at 7pm and 7am. I wouldn't wait until 12 either.

Update - I did not call or text as I went on the website and saw my name next to the booking - I'm easily pleased

Ok the owner has contacted me to tell me they will be sending through a security code
I am presuming we call to the offices at haven, quote the code and then get the keys
Does that seem ok?
