Flickering Eyelid

I've had a flickering eyelid for a few weeks now and its getting quite irritating. Is there any way of stopping this?

Usually means you're tired, so I'd say more sleep. Perhaps the heat is making you more tired than usual.

Probably is tiredness Cupid. Got to work feeling tired and often come home shattered. My work often consists of populating spreadsheets and going from one screen to another. That can't be helping.

Interesting Chris. I often get flaky eyes around the eyelashes but its not conjunctivitis so its useful to know that its a condition and not just my eyes.

Not an uncommon situation.

Cause unknown, no big deal and and it will go without treatment of any kind.

Yes, just one eye lid Sqad. I've had it before and its gone away after a few days but this seems to be going on a while now.

The flickering eyelid is one of my stress signals. If it gets to be happening in both eyelids, I'm either going to commit murder or leave. Goes away when the stress goes away.

I get it when I not slept enough over the previous few weeks.
Early night is the fix.
