Deleting Downloads?

As per my previous threads, with so much help from you all .... I am still trying to clear my laptop ... do I need all these Downloads or can I delete any?

Hi- can you point me your original thread on this please smurfchops as I can only find earlier thread that refer to previous ones.
It's unusual for there to be so much stuff on your computer if you use the normal housekeeping methods. It's usually things like games or films or lots of previous restore point backups

fender I am worried about deleting everything and needing it later, its just a jumble to me, but I do have a usb stick so I will do that ... fiction factory, here is the old thread : all getting rather complicated now !!

Are there any Downloads I can actually delete, and leave the rest on the laptop?
