Cheap Smart Phone, What About The Rook Phone At 49 Quid?

I still dont have a smartphone, and it seems i´ll be left behind in the not too distant future. So my question is, is 49 quid too cheap for a smart phone?

No it is because the Nokia is a Windows phone and they are far less popular than iPhones or Android phones.

£40 isn't a knock off price .. it's normal for a basic brand new smart phone with 12 months warranty. You didn't state which Lumia you are talking about though.
