If you have an account and it's addressed to you then it's probably okay. But log in as normal to your account and see if there is a message on there.
If it just says Dear Customer it will be spam/phishing/malware.
The "If you don't confirm your account within 24 hours , your account will be permanently deleted. " is a giveaway to me. A genuine request would give you much more time and contact you in other ways too if neccessary.
