A replacement laptop mains adapter needs to comply with the following:
1. It needs to accept a 230V AC input ;
2. It needs to provide the input voltage marked on your laptop (which,for an Acer Aspire, is probably 19V DC ;
3. It needs to have the correct plug to go into your laptop's power input socket ;
4. The polarity of that plug must be the right way round (which, I believe, will be 'centre positive' for your laptop) ;
5. The current rating of the replacement adapter should be the same, or higher than, that of the original one (= 1.58A).
A higher current rating will give you a higher power rating (such as 90W instead of 30W), which might enable you to charge the battery slightly faster but will otherwise make no difference whatsoever as to how your laptop performs.
