Can anyone tell me if it's possible to transfer an email contacts list from Outlook to Windows Live. If it is possible can you tell me how to do it bearing in mind I don't have a clue how computers work. Thank you in advance.

One method is to export your contacts list from Outlook to a comma separated values file format (.csv data) and then use the Windows Live import facility to import the .csv data.

For example:-
Exporting from Outlook 2010,

Then to import the exported .csv data to Windows Live,
