Try to access my virgin account. I get a captcha puzzle with nine boxes and have to click on street names. I can't seem to do it. Does anyone have any tips. Have just wasted an hour of my life trying to do it, trying to read FAQ on virginmedia site and googled for clues on google and youtube. I still can't do it. Anyone help please

Agree with Chico. I understand the reason why they do this, but not why it's so difficult at times. I often have to have a few goes and I don't consider myself to be stupid or dyslexic.
