Website Guestbook

I have a website for my small business, on it I have a free guestbook for customers to leave comments, the guestbook is "freeguestbook by smartgb.com" but sometimes the comments need an answer tagged to the bottom of the comment but I can't find out how to do it or even if you can, any help would be most welcome.

Not clear if you mean that you need to reply to a comment, or if there is a requirement for some kind of answer from the visitor.
If the former, the solution is in their FAQ.

Hi Secsee - you could look at replacing the system with something like Disqus? That lets you respond normally and also lets anyone login with one of their social profiles (or email, like normal)?
