Try deleting AOL Cookies in your web browser.

In the 'Edge' browser you can delete Cookies by:-

- Click on the 3 dots symbol located in top Right-hand corner of the 'Edge' browser
- Select 'settings'
- Scroll through the options list and under 'Delete browsing data' select 'Choose what to clear'
- Leave the first three Options ticked, which includes 'Cookies and saved web site data', then Select / Click 'Clear'

Check to see if that has corrected the issue.
