I have a collection of valuable music memorabilia to sell, some of it should get some good responses - signed Smiths 12" singles for example.

I have never used E-Bay, so I need some advice on the best way to advertise, to maximise exposure and get the best results.

Can anyone advise which way to advertise, and any pointers towards promoting my material for the best return?

Maybe include the material in a specialist auction, Christies and others often do specialist auctions for particular themes.

Here is one that does it (I have not used them so no idea what they are like"

Hi Andy, I regularly use a site called Discogs for buying/selling records. Even if you are not selling it on the site check it out because it is good for valuing your records.
If you wish to sell via ebay rather than the good links above look up the items you have and watch them to see how much people are prepared to pay then price yours accordingly.
