I hope someone be able to assist please?
My husband bought the above for transferring photos from the PC to his phone.
Unfortunately, we cannot get it to work!
Working from Laptop (Lenovo 8.1) to phone (Motorola 3G).
Help would be much appreciated.

Read pages 48 to 56, which covers the most common way of transferring pics from pc to phone.

You don't need to go to all that bother.
Open the Google Photos app (or just Photos app) on your Andriod phone (it may need to download a new version). Set one of the settings to say Backup and Sync.
Now EVERY photo you take on your phone will automatically be uploaded to you the Google Photos web site.
Now go to the Google photos web site on you laptop and logon with the same email address you used on your phone.

Once you have logged in you will see all the photos that were on your phone but have now been uploaded.
Now drag and drop the photos on your laptop IN to the browser window and they will automatically be downloaded to your phone.
Easy.
