Mobile Reception From Three

we live in a high rise building 160ft on the top floor.my mobile network "three" is poor being ok near the window in on part of the room next the other window is only just showing on the reception icon, moving around the place it varies from ok to none could it be all the many aerials transceivers and god knows what else on our roof that is causing this ?. three coverage web site says my area is excellent for 3 and 4 g which i have
